Silicone, that wonder material found in most kitchens now, is not only flexible, fairly inexpensive, and amazingly heat resistant up to 650 degrees F, but comes in bright colors and is fun to use. This silicone potholder from MIU France is molded into a curved shape to better grasp pot handles or sides.
